WHAT IS”NANO NEEDLING?

HOW DOES NANO NEEDLING WORK?
Unlike microneedling that uses actual needles to create micro-injuries, nano needling uses a tip with 80 silicon pyramid like pins which do not damage the skin. These pins have a diameter smaller than a strand of hair and promote exfoliation and deep penetration of products into the skin.
During the treatment I will use a handheld electric pen device with a nano needle tip attached that is gently glided over the skin. These pins create nano channels allowing treatment serums and nutrition to pass through the skin barrier. This procedure increases the effective penetration of products by more than 1000% over the average application.
Although we recommend a series of 4 – 6 procedures spaced a week to two apart, your skin will be glowing after the first treatment.

What is the difference between micro-needling and Nano-needling?

Both treatments utilize a needling device that punctures the skin, which helps products fully absorb and encourages rejuvenation. The main difference is the depth that the needles penetrate the skin. Micro-needling penetrates the deep dermis whereas Nano-needling only reaches the upper layer of the epidermis.
